25.01.2022 Something quite fun this time. The brief was very easy and some great ideas supplied. The trick was to make this cake look good but on a small 6-inch scale. I loved it and thought it was super cute. I hope Kaitlyn loved it! Happy Birthday!!!

23.01.2022 Tim turned 50 and he loves licorice! This combo inspired the cake. The base was Jaffa Fudge cake and the top Chocolate Mud. It was kind of odd that the licorice allsorts made the cake smell like licorice too!

22.01.2022 April turned 5 in April, yeah yeah, I know, April was born in April! She looked through my books to find her cake and came up with this little number. She went to a restaurant with a playground (not Macca's) and then shared her cake with all the kids on nearby tables, I loved that she was sooooo kind to share with the other kids! Unfortunately the cake stand broke on the way home, but these things happen!

21.01.2022 A great cake for all Essendon Football Club fans. Kirsten Page is having her festival of 40 week and loves her Dons. Apparently, at her party the cake was defaced with "Go Cats", it wasn't me but that person deserves a medal! (The prime suspect is her husband!) Hope you had a good night!

18.01.2022 This cake was for Dylan on his first birthday. This was such a fun cake to make. The design is based on the invitations for the party. I think it turned out excellently! Certainly put the modelling skills to the test.

13.01.2022 This cake was made a few weeks ago for Beau's 1st Birthday. I love repeat customers, this is the 3rd cake I have made for Clare Small and Nathan Hitchcock. Wedding, Baptism and now 1st Bday. It is great to be a part of their significant celebrations. Good to see some other friends at the party too - Shelley Ruff Paul Arranz Simon Vaughan

10.01.2022 It has been a while but I am doing cakes again! Wedding cake this weekend, then 3 birthdays and a christening over the next few weeks. Keep your eyes out for some pics!

10.01.2022 A christening cake for Amelia. Bredbo's latest citizen and born on the same day as all the cool kids (we share a birthday). Clare was super clear on what she wanted and I think it turned out lovely, great design!

09.01.2022 A Noah's Ark cake for Beau's Baptism. I always thought my 1st Noah's Ark would be for Noah, my son. I am glad it was for good mates and a special occasion. Caramel mud with white chocolate ganache inside.

08.01.2022 This Frozen inspired castle was for Suriya who had her 3rd birthday and baptism combined. I loved the quote from Suriya at childcare "My cake was bigger than me!"

07.01.2022 So it has been a while since I have posted. Lots of cakes have been made but I need to reduce my cake making for a little while so I haven't been posting. Nonetheless, I should share some of these creations. Firstly, a cool zebra themed cake for Alex. This was a challenge but I think he looks pretty awesome! Keep your eye out for more cake pics coming soon!

03.01.2022 A wedding cake for Mr and Mrs Lewis. The bride organised the decoration of the cake. I think she did a fab job!

02.01.2022 A very keen fresh water fisherman turned 70. The brief was clear - "We need a trout, a Rainbow Trout!" This was a challenging cake but everyone was happy with it. Feel like going for a fish now!
