24.01.2022 The NPHA committee would like to let you all know that we have extended the classes available to the Novice Horse! These classes were introduced to our 2019 show with only 2 classes. We now are offering 5 classes and have got some rules to go with them. NPHA is for all levels of riding which we have been saying for a while now, from the novice to the best in our industry. It’s about getting out there and having a go! But most of all having fun. We will also be adding a hig...h point award for our Novice Horse too. 13.01.2022 Important Message The NPHA Committee are working on the 2021 Pre Show and the NPHA Celebration Program. They are just going through the final checks and then they will be sent off for AQHA, AAA and PHAA approvals. We are hoping to have them published by the end of next week. 13.01.2022 News from Heriot Park Stud Thank you Heriot Park Stud for your support! AUCTION NEWS. Following consultation with organizers of the NPHA and Summer Sizzler shows, I am pleased to announce that next weekend we will be auctioning a 2021 breeding nomination to KJ American Made (IMP) otherwise known as Yankee. All proceeds raised will go towards the running of these shows, shared equally in the form of sponsorship from Yankee. Full details will be included when the auction is l...aunched on this page next Friday evening. The auction will close at 8pm on Sunday 17 January. The winner will have 7 days to make payment to Heriot Park, and we will then pass on the funds to the organizing associations. Yankee has only been in Australia for two months, but in that time has impressed a lot of people who have inspected him on the farm or taken interest when he visited K Ranch. His good looks, movement, breeding and temperament are a rare combination. As he arrived late in the season we’ve limited his book to 6 test breedings including two mares who have won open WP futurities at the NPHA, including Molly the winner of the two old year futurity in 2018. He is showing excellent fertility. His stud fee for 2021 will be set after the NPHA in May, but was $1980 for the mares he covered this season. Get ready to start bidding next weekend!!!! See more
