16.01.2022 A NEW DIRECTION...Good Morning Bricklayers !! Happy New Year and here's to a new revamped prosperous New Year as well.. This year will start with an attack on Builders and Developers about our Right to earn a living within our means , and be able to pay our way , as a normal Business should be able to...... No 1. will be bringing to notice of all in the Building Industry ,that we will be giving our Contracts to Builders to sign... No 2 . We shall not be working for Builders t...hat don't Comply with Normality in Building Business .. IE: Carbon Tax Investment ,Superannuation, WorkCare Levy, Public Liability and Prices to suit the new Era in Business . We won't be working for those that don't comply. THEY WILL BE TOLD !! along with Builders that bring in out country sourced Tradies that are not compliant with Australian Law. You will have noticed that The FAIR WORK BUILDING CONSTRUCTION Commission has started in roads to Bricklayers now.. You need to join with us to help yourself passed these difficult times. 10.01.2022 POSITIVE VIBRATIONS.... Good Morning Gentlemen Bricklayers !! The Secretary and Committee of Your REAL DEAL TEAM , have changed the Rules to Posting on Your Facebook Page !!! As of Today !! Negative and Degrading of the Page , or it's People , will not be Tolerated . This will constitute complete deletion by the Page Administration... 10.01.2022 Do you know what ???? We are a fully TRAINED , Awesome part of This Building INDUSTRY. Not only are we Trained, We are an old aged Trade!!!!!! And !! We are the oldest Trade going... So!!!!! Don't think that I will work for Pitanse (nothing) ever again !!! Talk to us .. or talk to Labors 457 idiots from over seas and see the difference.Wake up people.. do you want building colapses just like over seas? I luv our Pure 457 people..The ones whom measure up . BUT !! We need to over see these people ..no matter what !!

09.01.2022 SUGGESTION BOX ... Good Morning Bricklayers ! We have some suggestions for you Today , That may Help you NOT Have your Cheque / Payment held up . These are Items of Finishing . 1/. When you are finished your Job , You need to Check the Brickwork for :- Clamp holes, Pinholes, Pudlickholes, Patching Plumbers holes, or any Items like this.... It is very Important that you mix a full batch of Mud as you would normally for the whole job , to stop this work looking a different Color . We have seen Increasing amounts of Bricklayers being taken to VCAT Court , and money held or Not Paid . Your Professionalism at the finishing stage is Vital . They will use anything to take from you . HOWEVER !! It is you that should be at your most Tradesman like manner at all times ... Don .

09.01.2022 VOLUME BUILDERS BAD HABITS ... Volume Builders have bad habits in the form of their Accountants , Lawyers Twisting and turning Australian Building and Contracting Laws to suit themselves ..... Some very Large Volume Builders do this to escape being sued . Here is one Example :- Giving you a Contract with a $ figure EG : $5,500-00. but no amounts of Bricks to lay , Piers , Sills , Gables etc... this called Unfair Contracting System , so you don't know how much work you are doing for the $'s .... You need to bring this to us , so that we may take this up with ACCC , FWBC , and a few other Government Dept's that are eager to help us out, These Fat Cats need to be shown that Enoughs, Enough ... DON.

05.01.2022 Good evening gentlemen. Talking today to Bricklayers in Sydney and Perth... Sydney Brickies at the moment are on $1.20 p/brick minimum and up to $1.80. In some cases $2.00.......Perth is at $1.70, To $1.80. This is the time you need to tell your Builders !!!!! We've had enough ..start talking about Increases across the board. They have had it good enough for too long... DO NOT LISTEN to any part of the Industry RE:- your FUTURE. No one inside the Industry has your interest at heart .We spoke to the Federal government about your plight... They have listened and delivered with last week's Budget. Time to Change your future is here.

It is so Important to be Positively Decisive towards Builders when you Decline their push on to you to Work for Nothing . Doing the work for them at their Rates of Pay and not YOURS , Is Catastrophic to you and your Business , and Allows them to Continue having the same mind set about US and our Trade . They will Continue to Rate Bash you and our Brickies !! When talking to... these Builders , Force your Issues in Business , Don't back down !!! You can stay at home and still make the same money that they are Forcing you to work for ( NOTHING ) Tell them" NO " and stick to your Principles , Don't let them laugh at US !! 01.01.2022 UNJUST ENRICHMENT... Hi Guys ! I would like to tell you of a little bit of LAW that can help you against Unruly Builders and Developers , While in Court with them !!!! Some of these horrible People take you to Court even to get your Money to Pay for their own mistakes , Or for an unhappy Client , and the Builders inability to keep up with their own Contract !! SO !!!! They have already told you to do it for the figure they want , Knowing full well that the figures are lower than that of the year 2000. Therefor the Law under " Unjust Enrichment " can come into affect . You need to tell your Solicitor of this ,and tell the Builder as well.... Another Item you need to be aware of !! An ABN does not make you a Contractor, therefor any Work care claims should go back to the Builder...Your REAL DEAL Team.
