24.01.2022 Catch up on out sold-out talk with Dan Bourchier and Anthea Cheng on Incredible Plant Based Desserts What plant based recipes are you going to recreate?

24.01.2022 As we all come back together, we're happy to share with you your new precinct brand: National Circuit. Keep an eye out for the new precinct brand around your buildings! The design, and its copper and navy tones, are inspired by historic art deco buildings and our modern environments we work in today. National Circuit serves to unite our precinct and strengthen our building community. Best of all, it's a name that was decided by all of us, in our vote last year.

24.01.2022 Donate blood in Barton! The Australian Red Cross will be bringing their Mobile Donor Centre to 8 National Circuit next week (they're still open and operating, as you're all essential to them!). Incredible to think that one in three of all the people you know - family, friends and workmates - will need a blood donation in their lifetime. Quick, make your appointment! More info here: https://don8blood.com/3atS4PN (Here's recent donor Cheng-Hock Kua and his guide dog Gracious!)

24.01.2022 We're now on Instagram! Find us at @nationalcircuitnetwork and stay in the loop about what's happening in your precinct.

24.01.2022 ISPT invests in property for some of Australia's largest industry superannuation funds. In fact, over 50% of working Australians have their super invested in ISPT properties. For over 25 years, they've been creating modern, flexible and sustainable workplaces like our National Circuit precinct that inspire teams and brings building communities together.

22.01.2022 Can you guess where this is in our precinct? This year, Floriade has been reimagined! The annual spring celebration is moving from its traditional home in Commonwealth Park to bloom across Canberra. 19.01.2022 Canberra is full of surprises, and none more so than the best coffee and sweets, found in every pocket of Barton. Head towards those aromas coming from 6 National Circuit for Hideout Cafe's roasted coffee, mouthwatering sweets, and of course that mighty book collection Hideout Cafe

19.01.2022 Working from home isn't all pyjamas, Netflix and snacks. It's really challenging to focus in a place where we're so accustomed to relax and socialise. What are your start and end rituals for your working day? Rituals like brewing your hot drink, going for a morning walk, changing into/out of shoes (what even are those anymore?), or finishing each day with a podcast.

19.01.2022 Another recommendation from our team we love: Esther Perel's newest podcast, How's Work? If you're new to Esther Perel, she's iconic and we definitely think you should check out her books and other podcast, Where Should We Begin!

18.01.2022 Feel like you've just about exhausted Netflix? Here are some new favourites you can enjoy on these free streaming services! 1 You Can't Ask That (ABC iView): A group of marginalised and misunderstood Australians sit down and get asked the kinds of questions you would never, ever ask in public. Incredibly fascinating and tear-jerking at times! 2 Shrill (SBS On Demand): The modern career-girl-tackling-life show, for those who like Girls, Sex & The City or Broad City.... 3 The Capture (ABC iView): For those who love a gritty British crime drama. Along the same lines as The Fall, Shetland and Broadchurch!

18.01.2022 These last few months seem to have resurrected a few wonderful things from times gone by: baking treats from scratch, getting to know your neighbours, and now a drive-in cinema! Mov'in Car Drive-in is just a 4 minute drive from our precinct, and the ideal COVID-friendly activity really that your group can enjoy outside of home! It's even styled as a classic '50s drive-in experience complete with New York-style pizzas delivered to your car. Mov'in Car Drive-in Cinema Quest...acon Car Park, Parkes 1-19 July 2020 www.movincar.com.au @questacon

17.01.2022 Our colony of busy bees at 4NC has been affected by the bushfires and hail storms early this year. Our beekeeper has left more honey in their hives to help them throughout winter. There will be a Honey Harvest in late Spring, however, we won't have enough to sell back to our community. Don't worry, we are already planning Honey Harvest 2021. In the meantime, if you have any questions let us know below!

17.01.2022 While an adventure out of area isn't possible right now, we're appreciating what's in our own backyard. Here's an awesome snap to get you inspired! Did you recognise the National Arboretum from this angle? While the Visitors Centre, Bonsai Collection, Pod Playground and Himalayan Cedar picnic area are closed, the Arboretum grounds still remain open for you to visit! @robert_schmidli

17.01.2022 Welcoming in the weekend With the ACT Government recently easing restrictions, Canberra's restaurants are able to now welcome in 20 patrons at a time while social distancing. Some of the best places to eat and drink are right here in Barton what are some of your favourites that you're excited to start visiting soon? Barbers Inc are definitely serving us the goods with this spread visit them at 1 National Circuit for coffee and hearty meals!

17.01.2022 WFH Tip with kids! Lower those productivity expectations you have of yourself. You're definitely going to be getting a kid wiping snot on you, interrupting your video calls or picking fights with siblings while you're trying to concentrate. If you were regularly working an 8 hour day, try and make peace with getting 4 or 5 hours (...or 2 or 3 hours...) of decent work done each day. Remember, you're not exactly "working from home", you're "juggling child care responsibilities while trying to work". Do the best you can; this too shall pass.

16.01.2022 We are so excited for Floriade Reimagined! 4NC has beautifully blossomed as a Floriade reimaged community site. 16.01.2022 At 11 am on November 11th 1918, the guns on the Western Front fell silent after more than four years of continuous warfare. Today is dedicated to those soldiers who died fighting to protect our nation We will remember them, lest we forget.

14.01.2022 This year particularly has reshaped how we all work, and what we value in workplaces of the future! With people forced to work remotely during CV19, this has reduced commute times for employees, and spread the company footprint across Canberra as many of us continued our work from home. What flexibility in your workplace has been beneficial during this year? What changes in your office do you think are here to stay?

Take a scenic drive up North, passing through Lake George, to admire the scenery and try spotting a few wild Kangaroos. 01.01.2022 Bee update The hives are all alive and healthy thankfully, and seem to be doing just fine despite a brutal Summer in the lead-up to this year's Winter. They've handled the intense smoke and heat over Summer well, reflected in how much honey they have managed to retain. Two of the three hives we have on the 4NC rooftop have more than a box of honey in the hive, which means an early Spring harvest once they get through this coming Winter.
