08.01.2022 On the 30 April, NFIA held the annual Queensland Golf Day. With 130 people teeing off and more joining for lunch, there was a fantastic atmosphere throughout the day. Hosted at the Gainsborough Greens Golf Club, the rain held off and sun joined the players on the course. Lunch included a great seafood selection and the 19th hole was certainly amongst the most popular. We look forward to enjoying more events with members all over Australia this year.

02.01.2022 NFIA is pleased to inform Members that the application to add the Certificate III in Fire Protection Control to the NSW Skills List has been accepted. NFIA's application showed evidence that the qualification has industry demand and will provide the skills needed to work with increasingly sophisticated fire protection control and alarm systems. Furthermore, this qualification would support proposed licensing requirements for the Fire Protection Industry in NSW should they be introduced. If you would like to find out more about the addition of the Certificate III to the NSW Skills List, please contact the NFIA.
