04.01.2022 Congratulations to NHD clients Sims Pastoral, (Grant and Naomi) on achieving the highest price per kilogram at the Yea store sale last month and this month ! The Sims family were thrilled to achieve top price per kilo at the September sale for angus weaners (approx 200 kgs) of $6.30/kg. They followed up with similar weight steers at the October sale achieving a whopping $6.72/kg. Sims Pastoral, located at Pine Grove, Northern Victoria, have been conducting Fixed Time AI on b...oth heifers and cows for the past 3 years. Known high fertility sires, Clunie Range Legend and Baldridge Command were utilised this past Autumn. Both these sires are available through the ABS commercial beef sire contract at $20 and $27 respectively.
