16.01.2022 Toll Logistics required a new Container Weighing Scale to replace their old faulty unit. In consultation with the Toll team, National Weighing designed and constructed a heavy duty, fully hot dip galvansied steel container weighing scale that has the ability to be transported from one location to another if required. The system uses Bilanciai CPD Digital Loadcells to guarantee highly accurate weighing results.... The NWI Melbourne team powered through the initial installation ensuring the customer had a functioning system in a short amount of time.

This Melbourne based client was looking for a means to meet their Chain of Responsibility (CoR) compliance, and the highly accurate solution proposed by National Weighing & Instruments was exactly what they were looking for. National Weighing & Instruments installed an advanced WIM (Weigh-In-Motion) system. WIM (Weigh-In-Motion) systems are gaining traction in popularity due to their increasing accuracy and simple and efficient installations, especially on si...tes such as this one that do not have much room for a conventional weighbridge. The particular system we installed uses the highly reliable Bilanciai CPD Digital Loadcell Technology https://bit.ly/3daeSqG in conjunction with an advanced Bilanciai Diade Weighing Terminal https://bit.ly/34xctSY ; enabling the system to not only weigh trucks, but to also gather any relevant data associated with each vehicle as it traverses the inground weighbridge.
