The Carpet Cleaning Made Simple course in the morning will cover the basics of carpet cleaning and includes the One Minute Fibre ID test. Understanding of the basic cleaning characteristics, hot to prepare and apply the right detergents and wand techniques to meet the Australian Standards and save your back. The Carpet Stain Removal Workshop will cover the main categories of stains and the categories of chemistry required to remove them. You will be working on stains that are 12 months old on wool carpet to show what is possible with the right techniques and chemistry. On Sunday will be the WoolSafe Technician course. This is an advanced level course meant for the more experienced operators looking to target a higher value client. Successful completion of the course and take home assessment is a requirement to be invited into the exclusive WoolSafe Approved Service Providers Network that is promoted to the high end client.
