23.01.2022 Seasons greetings to all! May you get a chance to squeeze family real tight and bathe them in this summer glory. It’s been a tricky year with many surprises, let’s all sit tight and trust the days will get easier. Thanks to all our patient clients for the support during 2020, much love Native Habit.

22.01.2022 Sensory panels are a great way to divide outdoor learning environments. Here at Calvery Kindergarten they provide a sensory experience with acrylic windows providing coloured shadows (& children!) and act as a physical barrier to create an mud play room! A few mirrors throw some light and are damn good fun!

22.01.2022 Parachilna! We are very excited to begin working on the community park at para, it’s going to be a slow cooked project with local natives, edicarian fauna and open space to bring in the view, Stay tuned for 2021!

17.01.2022 One of the great joys in our work is using natural materials, repurposed logs, stones from small family owned quarries, local plants from local genetics are the things we love! Placing them in the way of children to enhance outdoor learning environments, disrupt patterns of travel & increase the exposure to the natural world is a privilege. Thanks for all our existing and new clients for providing @nativehabit with the opportunity.

06.01.2022 A big shout out to Uncle Ivan for the welcome and opening smoke ceremony at Bridgewater Kindy park today. It’s was a delight to see the volunteer efforts of our colleague Dan (& son Milo) gain a round of applause and well done Glenda (director Bridgey kindy) for your hard work in bringing the park plan to life. The park provides an opportunity to learn about our local ecology through the new interpretative signage in a lovely secluded setting.
