25.01.2022 QRA Juniors Australia Day OPM 2021 Last weekend, 19 Natives competed at the annual prize meeting in support of the Junior shooters within the QRA. Some impressive results from our members include Steve Smith (1st TR A Grade Day 1), Isaac Brinin (2nd TR C Grade Day 1, 1st Day 2, and 1st Grand Aggregate), Kim O'Loghlen (3rd TR A Grade Day 1, 3rd Grand Agg) and John Stevens (3rd FTR Day 2, 3rd Grand Agg). Special thanks also to Captain John Menzel for undertaking CRO duties and to Kim O'Loghlen for his considerable efforts in planning and logistics for the weekend. Congrats go to young Isaac Brinin for achieving his first ever possible at 500 yards, to win the range no less! Full results are available on the Hexsystems website, and a summary of Natives scores on the club website.

21.01.2022 There are targets in the distance, and though we cannot see them, the fog will eventually clear and we can shoot again. We are fortunate to have been able to continue the sport we love for as long as we have. For now, take it easy, be kind to one another and look after yourselves and your loved ones.

20.01.2022 Sincere thanks to Jason Mayers of SEB Shooting Products Australia for his amazing work servicing the club's SEB rest. Jason is a true gentleman and was incredibly generous in his assistance. Thanks Jason!

19.01.2022 MDRA Fixtures Resumes! Following a long break, MDRA Fixtures resumed yesterday under Covid-safe plans. A strong team of 35 Natives answered the call, with the club fielding 5 full teams, and included a number of non-shooting coaches (thank you!!) and a significant contingent of new members and shooters. Always great to see so many members putting their hand up and giving it a go. Our F-Class team continues their impressive form, and remain undefeated over the 2020 and 2019 ...seasons. Outstanding. Scores are available from the website.
