24.01.2022 Mandala Workshop with Numerology 6 Well what to say about this workshop? To be honest I have no words to describe the power of this workshop. We really connected with ourselves and with each other. ... Mandalas are the center of our soul and they have the power to organise the chaos inside ourselves. The art and science of numerology offers us tools to work with ours Inherent strengths, tendencies and obstacles. Giving us a clear picture and information about our personalities, cycles of time, lessons and opportunities. It was the cherry on the top. 24.01.2022 Hey Everyone I am so excited to invite you to a great and unique experience! I present you Evolve - Urban Retreats @evolve.urbanretreat ... A little seed that my 2 sisters and I created, which now is flourishing. It will be a day filled with: Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation, Sound Healing with Tibetan bowls Art with our Mandala Workshop. Plant Based food. ( Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea) Our Intention in developing this project is to co-create an experience with well-being, Reconnection and exploration of your own creativity. Bringing all of this to our busy routines in the city, we are able to disconnect from the matrix and dive into ourselves on this day. Everything made with a lot of love amd care. It was a great pleasure to facilitate a day like this where people can reconnect through handmade activities because they undoubtedly give us a feeling of well-being and predispose us to have more positive thoughts and attitudes. 20.01.2022 Eu amo desenhar Deusas. Elas são um verdadeiro portal entre a natureza e elas mesmas, me fazendo lembrar que todas nós somos deusas. Ser Deusa é saber que as respostas estão todas dentro da gente. E saber que às vezes o encontro a essas respostas da vida não serão fáceis. ... Ser Deusa não é ser a mais forte, ou a mais bonita, mas sim ter outras deusas ao seu lado te apoiando e fazendo com que vc se sinta maravilhosa do jeitinho que vc é. É ser um pedaço da mãe natureza, é ser uma versão de Gaia e é ter todo um universo dentro de vc! E que sejamos Deusas todos os dias!!

12.01.2022 Permita se entregar ao processo. Essa é uma das coisas que eu mais falo pras minhas alunas nos meus cursos de pintura. Seja paciente com a sua evolução e não se compare com o estado evolutivo do outro. Temos a impressão que a grama do vizinho é sempre mais verde que a nossa e como a gente sabe isso não é verdade. ... Eu muitas vezes antes de começar uma tela eu não tenho ideia do que vou pintar, depois de uns rascunhos aqui e ali eu tenho uma idea na minha cabeça e só começo. Eu nunca sei aonde aquela arte vai me levar... e nossa... às vezes ela me leva para lugares muitos desconfortáveis. Fico ali parada... olhando pra ela... as vezes por tanto tempo que tenho que realmente parar, sair, fazer outra coisa pra depois voltar com novos olhos. Outras eu to tão inspirada que esqueço que estou pintando à 5... 8 horas sem parar pra comer. É uma verdadeira imersão no meu ser. Na arte eu me encontro e desencontro toda hora até pq essa sou eu... em constante movimento e evolução. Dando um passo de cada vez, me entregando ao meu processo e sendo paciente pq o resultado vai aparecendo aos pouquinhos, à cada pincelada.
