19.01.2022 We had a fabulous day yesterday at Bonbeach Farmers Market where juices and smoothies were the order of the day! The last of our pumpkin was put into savoury pumpkin and basil muffins and we surprised customers with a Sweet Potato Brownie which was a winner so will bring that back again! A big thanks to the rain for staying away till the market was over .

18.01.2022 What a wonderful weekend. Yes it's been cool and windy and raining and sunny but that's what we love about Melbourne! People came out in the crazy weather Saturday to Emu Plains Winter Market and to Bonbeach Farmers Market Sunday to stock their cupboards for the week ahead. We got to warm them up with our Winter Vegetable Soup or pumpkin curry and rice and raw treats tempted the sweet tooth without the refined sugar . 10.01.2022 This week we are making lunch for the staff at The Weekend to End Women's Cancer" today was Vietnamese noodle salad with sesame tempeh or shredded organic chicken! Tomorrow's lunch is Tabouleh salad, Beetroot hummus and Quinoa Falafel, Friday is Mexican beef black bean with brown rice or our trademark vegan option. I love delivering healthy delicious lunches to help you get through your afternoon and even with a little Nosh treat on the side . We are also parking the van here all weekend until 4pm Sunday afternoon! Congrats and all the best to all the walkers doing the 60km!

10.01.2022 Happy New Year everyone just thought I'd start the year with a giggle (non food related!) Noshie as the kids call the van had been out of the yard for some maintenance on return we need to move it back into place so we can actually get in and out of our driveway! The kids love helping but to our surprise Ky started pushing it all by himself and did a super job I must say!
