21.01.2022 To all my clients, as a Remedial Massage Therapist I will continue to massage until I am told to stop. I have asked around and I believe at this stage only relaxation/Spa have to stop working at 11.59 pm tomorrow. However, I will only be doing regular clients and urgent treatments, 1hr massages only, 3 per day, 1.5hrs will be left between clients This will allow me to wash all door handles, clean table and treatment room and allow Glen20 to settle in the room. So far, I have had no contact with anyone that was overseas in the last 4 weeks, I am healthy (apart from sinus) and don't leave the house much. Take care and stay healthy everyone xo

With the current concerns related to the spread of Coronavirus (Covid-19), I want to take this opportunity to let you know that I am committed to doing my part to keep clients and myself healthy. I am continue to monitor the news updates and recommendations provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and keeping a close eye on information published by local an...d state health officials. As a standard operating practice, I regularly disinfect all common areas and treatment rooms. During this period of heightened concern, I have implemented additional preventative measures, including: Increased personal sanitation and hygiene procedures, includes washing and disinfecting hands repeatedly throughout the day and before/after interactions with each person I am in contact with. Spraying Glen20 between each client, including the air conditioner. Cleaning air con filter every night Increased cleaning and disinfecting of common areas, including counters, door handles, toilet, and treatment room. I also encourage you to also take appropriate precautions and if you are feeling unwell or have been at risk of exposure, please contact me to reschedule your appointment. 15.01.2022 Temporary Closed: Sorry, I am away in Brisbane at the moment, due to a family illness (NOT Covid19 related). My dad is 88yrs old and has a lung medical issue . I will be back next week . 11.01.2022 I will be reopening from Monday 27th April 2020. We still have restriction in place for Remedial Therapist: I will be coming back with only 3 massages per day. To protect myself and my clients, I will still be applying the same hygiene practices: * 1 hr apart between clients * I will be wearing a mask... * Room will be sprayed out with Glen 20 between each client *all surfaces all be wiped between clients. 10.01.2022 A big shout out to Dr Richard Tan at Biloela Medical Center for my corticosteroid injection today. This Dr doesn't need an ultrasound machine to give you a shot, it's all about knowing your anatomy. Spot on and didn't even hurt Thank you x

As from the 1st July 2019, I will be introducing a new "No Show Policy" I have never charge a client a cancellation fee, as life gets busy, children get sick, you get sick or I have a injury and sometimes you just forget. ... However, anyone who has booked in more than twice and have failed to cancel or show up for their appointment, will be asked to pay a $10 non refundable deposit before their next appointment. My booking App allows you to book, cancel or reschedule an appointment if you can't make it, or you can send me a quick text. No explanation needed. You also get a 24hr reminder text, that is "non reply" text message, you need to text me on 0413 313 995. Cheers Heather Owner

07.01.2022 Sadly Natural Therapy Hut has now close our doors. In the last 24hrs there has been a lot of confusion over the PM announcement about massage therapist. Our associations have been working very hard with the Government to confirm, if we can stay open. It has been decided that only professions that fall under AHPRA can stay open now.... 04.01.2022 To my clients: Due to family illness, I will be temporary closing my business as from Friday 21st August until at least end September 2020. My sincerest apologies to everyone that is currently booked in for the next few weeks. Closing my door was hard and wasn't taken lightly, but spending the time with my sick father is my first priority.... Please keep an eye out on social media accounts for updates. 04.01.2022 Remedial Therapist comes under "Allied Health" which means we are a primary health care services. We have guidelines we still have to follow, but can continue practicing at this stage. Which is good news, please see my guidelines in the below post. * 3 clients per day * 1hr only... * urgent and regular clients only *1.5hrs between clients, for complete cleaning.
