25.01.2022 Quick express workout this morning consisted of- 5 min wu spin bike 20 x sumo squats 15 x banded tricep overhead extensions 20 x lateral lunges... 1 min plank 20 x ball slams 15 x dumbbell row-tricep kickback 20 x reverse lunge-knee drive 20 x Russian twists 20 x push-ups- shoulder taps 20 x Kettlebell swings 30 sec side plank each 20 x dumbbell squat- bicep curl 20 x weighted sit-ups 30 sec mountain climbers 20 x reverse crunch 30 sec glute bridge 10 min cool down spin bike Repeat 2-3 times if you have more time See more

All existing clients will stay but I will not be taking on any new clients at this stage.
