24.01.2022 INTRO POST I haven't done an intro post in sooo long so here goes... Hi Im Natalie, designer & creator behind Natty Designs. I'm a mum of two very cheeky little girls [3 & 5] and married to my lovely hubby Eric. We recently left Sydney [I say recently but its been 10 months now] for the pursuit of more space, fresh air & a more relaxed lifestyle. Now based in Lake Macquarie we're loving the change of pace and more space. 10 random facts about me. ... I much prefer being behind the camera than in front of it I studied a degree in packaging design. Im originally from the UK, Australia has been home for almost 13 years. I'm currently studying all things mindset. I used to work as an applications engineers for a software company. I cant live without my morning cuppa tea. I've only ever owned 3 cars. 09.01.2022 FACT ABOUT ME Tulips are my fav flowers & always make me smile, laugh and one time cry... Yes cry! the night before my wedding day we'd been out with a big group of family & friends for a beautiful meal when we got back to our accommodation I went to check on the flowers [we stored them in the fridge of the villa] my bestie & I had spent the entire afternoon creating bouquets, button holes & displays. They had ALL frozen! yes FROZEN!! and we all know what hap...pens when they defrost right.... [face palm] So yep I freaked out a little, cried, ate lots of chocolate and because [luckily] I over bought flowers [thanks goodness] we spent almost the entire night redoing all the flowers! They actually turned out better than the first lot but in the grand scheme of things they did not make the day but definitely made for a good story.
