20.01.2022 I want to share three words that have just come up from a beautiful meditation But first...a little background My foot was aching this morning, I couldn’t put any weight on it. I went straight for the oils and massage which was very soothing. I felt good. ... Then walked around.....too much! Holding back tears, I decided that this pain wasn’t going to take over my day. In that moment, something truly beautiful happened. I stoped, and connected in with my higher self, brought the light down over me and the earth energy up. Once they were mixing together around my body, I took that energy and lovingly placed it around my foot. I went on about my day, in a much higher vibration. It’s been about 5 or 6 hours since then... While Narlen is napping, I decided to just sit and accept the pain that had not fully subsided. There was something here, a lesson within this pain. I just stayed with it, the sharp shooting through my foot and allowed it to come and show me what it was I needed to shift. The words that came were Compassion Rest Let go I was shown a few things from my past, things I needed to clear. And now Im sharing these words with you. Because I believe we could all use more compassion right now. Compassion for ourselves Compassion for others It’s ok to rest In fact it’s actually a necessity Let go... Well we all have things we can let go of. Especially during these unusual times. We just have to ride these ebbs and flows and let go of the want/need to control it. May you find just as much peace in these words as I just have. I’m going to weave them into the rest of my day, see what else comes up

19.01.2022 ||~Love over fear~|| Sending out good vibes to everyone It seems it’s going to be longer then we thought before we returned to some kind of normal. With Melbourne in stage 4lock down... ... But I’m trying to stay focused on what I can do, rather then what I can’t. I’m also trying to stay in my bubble of gratitude.... because everyday we have so much to be thankful for. And it’s a much nicer vibration to be in I know there’s a lot of uncertainty and job loss ect. I too have experienced this with markets being closed. But I’ve chosen to use my time & energy on things I can do and change. And I would love to hear what you are using this down time for! I’ve tried cooking & baking things that I used to buy (thinking it was hard!) I’ve just started to lear Reiki, I’m realising new oil blends. 19.01.2022 The Sore Muscle Blend has been brining much relief to my shoulders and neck, whilst I’ve not been able to get to my Osteo during lockdown. Created with the essential oils of Marjoram, Black Pepper, Lavender and Peppermint to help relieve body aches, tired and sore muscles and the pain and discomfort that comes along with it. I find the scent soothing, calming and clarifying.... It also opens the airways! Ahh I love the multi purposes of essential oils!

16.01.2022 Spirit ~ Meditation & connection blend I created this blend for myself over 2 years ago, to help me find more peace in my meditation practice. It’s a funny thing trying to stop the mind from thinking! And I found it very challenging!!... Haha! I’ve now learnt, that it’s not about stopping your mind from thinking- because let’s be honest- that is just not going to happen!! Meditation for me is a time to listen to my heart and intuition, to quite down the constant mind chatter and re focus it, to find peace in the present moment and to relax my body and mind. And I’ve found that the scent of the oils in this blend get me into that place quicker. Which I guess is no surprise given that it contains ancient oils like Frankincense and Sandalwood known for use in meditation and connecting to spirit. 16.01.2022 The first signs of spring Nature fascinates me It’s amazing watching the trees go through the seasons~ ever changing ~ yet so grounded. These beauties came from our backyard tree. Narlen spends time just sitting in this tree, sometimes even eating lunch their We’ve watched it changing over the years and I must say wether she has flowers, is loosing leaves or is stripped bare from winter she is beautiful! And a constant reminder of the ebbs and flows of life!... I just love the way these beautiful flowers match the sacred collection logos

09.01.2022 Let’s take a little trip down memory lane. This was my first market! Ahh I remember being so excited and oh so nervous! Actually thinking back.... Hubby and I didn’t even know how to set the tent up Fast forward to now and I can do it myself ... I started Natural Nat because I wanted to up my natural, chemical free products used within our home when Narlen was born. As soon as I smelt the oils I knew they were sacred. I would spend hours researching the different uses and emotional effects and just loved how they made me feel. I had a wish list of oils I wanted to purchase each month and I just cherished that first inhale I began to experiment with blending the oils after Hubby sent me a bulk pack of 10ml roller bottles and soon I had friends and family wanting to purchase them. Once experiencing the incredible benefits and realising that it wasn’t accessible for everyone to purchase many different oils to create their own blends, I wanted to bring these incredible gifts to everyone! I follow my intuition when blending and love how meditative it is. I’m honestly so grateful that the oils made their way into my life and that I can share them with others in my own unique way. 06.01.2022 What’s on the horizon for Natural Nat?? Thought I would share a few ideas with you that I’ve been tinkering with behind the scenes. I’m thinking it’s time to add a couple of new blends to my collection.... The first is a body oil. Im thinking in a pump bottle- perhaps a combination of carrier oils so that it’s very nourishing for the skin and I’ve been brainstorming various scents. Hubby is currently trailing a body oil I have created for his skin. (It’s the last non natural product yet to be eliminated form his daily routine) And I just don’t moisturise my body Anyone else in the same boat?Thinking winter is a great time to start! The second is a foot cream/rub How beautiful would it be to have a soothing oil to rub into your feet at night time, after they are tired from a day of carrying us around! Would be a lovely way to ground our energy and connect to Mother Earth too A longer term goal of Natural Nat is to incorporate my oils with energy healing sessions Can’t wait to see how this looks in the future Stay tuned Curious to know if your feet yearn for some loving at the end of the day? 04.01.2022 Blending Creating these magical oils takes me to such a sacred place First, I clean my blending table.... I then energetically cleanse myself and the space and the oils. Today these Purity Clearing Sprays had me in a deep mediative state. It was pure bliss creating them There was beautiful white light pouring over me and into the bottles After I finish the blend, I cleanse it with sound and set it to the vibration needed by its recipient.
