So instead, I’ll take you round the globe with the menu!! This soup is one of the great classics of French Cuisine:... Potage Parmentier or Leek and potato soup: Leeks, onions and garlic, gently sautéed with butter. With potatoes in a chicken broth, bay, thyme, parsley and chives, cream. Half puréed, half chunky. So delicious!! GF 2 litres $35 vegetarian option on request. Indian inspired soup: lentil, chunky vegetable, chickpea, potato and chard. Blended with a Bengali spice mix. Flavoursome but mild, with a slight sour note, Pure wholesome goodness! vegan, gf $35 To the Caribbean with the next two: Jamaican beef stew; tender beef and fire roasted tomato. Flavoured with classic Caribbean spices and flavours: allspice, cinnamon, thyme, chilli, bay, brown sugar, red vinegar, garlic, and of course some rum ( and why not?). Topped off with a layer of caramelised sweet potato. Serve with rice (not provided) Just heat through and garnish with spinach, coriander and spring onion (provided). 2 litres, $55 gf Vegan option substitutes Beef with Kidney beans, mushrooms and Kale, including all the same yummy spices and sauce, as well as a caramelised sweet potato layer to top it off. $45 vegan, gf

01.01.2022 I’m continuing my journey around the world with my culinary travels and am delighted to be bringing you some flavours of my youth and younger days and indulge myself and hopefully you with my taste memories!! I’m going back to Holland with a traditional hearty soup which is guaranteed delicious! ‘Tomaten soep met balletjes’ (Dutch tomato soup with meatballs and noodles)... Option 1: traditional Clear tomato soup, vegetables, meatballs (with special Dutch spices) egg noodles, herbs. $45 Option 2: As above, but suitable for vegan and gluten free: Dutch clear tomato soup, vegetables, herbs and vegan sausages, gluten free noodles. Delicious $35 This next soup is also delicious and is rich in vitamins and minerals. It’s especially high in manganese, which is essential for bone health , the metabolism of carbohydrates, protein and cholesterol, beta carotene for a strong immune system , high in antioxidants and curcumin which has anti- inflammatory qualities and many more health benefits. Wow! I feel healthier already: Roast carrot soup, flavoured with ginger, garlic, turmeric, coriander and cumin, blended smooth and laced with coconut $35 GF And to Indonesia for the substantial jar food; ‘Nasi goreng’ Indonesian fried rice and vegetables with: Option 1: Marinaded chicken satay, a seperate jar of peanut sauce and a little bag of crispy garnish: roast peanuts and crispy shallots $50 DF GF Option 2: Marinaded roast vegetables and edamame beans.
