She has grown into a very smart and beautiful women with two children Rali who is at high school and Reuben who is in his last year at state school.They are both great kids and I don't get to see them enough as we live 3000klms from them. 08.01.2022 Girls, it's really good idea to get some exercise during Menopause, including lifting weights...who told me this load of rubbish. Well i am not sure as i am not an expert I am a lady who has been through Menopause... I used to lift 3 kg weights maybe i need to go back to lifting them, do you think i need to...the bat wings are getting worse I mean lifting weights...
