It’s been a while, but after nearly a month off socials (we all need that sometimes right - and fittingly it’s been a part of me nourishing myself!) I’m back with our card of the week No matter what we have going on this week, carving out some time to nurture our needs is important. It’s so easy to get caught up in the busyness of life and let our little positive habits fall to the wayside. Yet if we can prioritise ourselves and take time to breathe, sleep well, eat and move well and generally nourish our bodies, minds and souls, life just works better and we naturally find we have more energy and time to do all the essentials. 05.01.2022 Full Moon in Aquarius 15/8/19 Have you been feeling heightened emotions in the lead up to this evenings full moon? I know I have! The moon swells to fullness and our emotions mirror that, our unconscious becoming conscious. ... Little things we may not normally worry about too much, can fire us up, feelings and issues we thought we were over can show up again and upset our equilibrium! But this full moon is in the more detached sign of Aquarius, giving us the opportunity to experience these feelings and then choose to rise above them - viewing them almost from the outside - Ah, I’m feeling this because I need to learn that...* for example. Detachment in this way doesn’t mean we don’t care (that’s just by passing) - but helps with perspective, which can often be lacking during these highly emotional phases!
