Despite many kids that have turned Autism around and to be very functional in normal society, many parents get given beliefs from others that ASD kids will not ever function well in society. Be careful about what beliefs you choose.

06.01.2022 Even though Autism is not a disease, and there is no cure, there’re things that can be done. They deserve to live a healthy lifestyle too. A parent’s not cruel if they do the right things to help their child reach their dream of an Olympic medal, but helping an ASD child improve their health is a no go zone for many. Parents of kids on the spectrum who also add a nutrient dense, low inflammatory diet, are apparently doing the wrong thing. There is no cure for Autism, so d...oing the hard yards to improve their diet and health is seen as useless and cruel by some. Parents are told that gut health, and health in general, has nothing to do with Autism, so don't even try. Parents who have tried say otherwise. Autistic kids deserve to be healthy and happy too, not just kids who dream to be an Olympian.
