21.01.2022 For the past month T has been working from home. With two kids running around and a chatty 4 month old I can only imagine how hard it is for him to focus at times. I’m sure he’s not the only one struggling too! So here is a few of my favourite blends to help focus and get into the work day!

19.01.2022 Enjoyed Christmas celebrations too much and wanting to start 2020 off right??

19.01.2022 It’s been awhile since I last posted, but wanted to let you know we are all still alive and well. Our beautiful Isla is ten weeks old and has slotted straight in to our little family. As you can imagine life is a little crazy and busy especially with Lexi now at preschool, but we are thoroughly enjoying it. I am still on full maternity leave, but will be starting to post more regularly and doing some more work with essential oils in another four or five weeks. On the massage side I am looking at returning to work in the second half of the year so stay tuned.

Some people are struggling with balancing different hats, others have been hit financially, emotionally, mentally, and there will be some who have found they are enjoying this enforced slowdown. Like before Covid19, we will have good days and bad days, some days where we feel like we’ve achieved lots and others nothing.

06.01.2022 Hi everyone, in these testing times I hope you are all staying safe and well. With the impact of COVID 19- I will be remaining on leave until we are on the other side, I will certainly be reopening Natural Balance Massage in the future though. 06.01.2022 It’s time to hit the kitchen and get some baking on! Lexi and I just whipped these up whilst Jasper ate the mixture- we got two thumbs up. As you know I always adapt recipes for us to make the refined sugar free, dairy free and gluten free. For this recipe we used maple syrup, nuttelex and gluten free oats. I also used one drop of cinnamon bark essential oil instead of powder and we left out the coconut sugar as the biscuits were sweet enough. https://wellnourished.com.au/nourishing-anzac-biscuit/

04.01.2022 How are you all? I hope everyone is hanging in there and trying to make some positives in each and every day! One of our positives is that currently Lexi and Jasper think it is great fun to help clean with wet cloths! So a part of every good education is Home Economics- put them in a bath- spray with home made cleaner (recipe in comments) and let the kids go to work. It was the most fun I’ve had cleaning bathrooms in a long time. Tomorrow’s lesson is windows .
