10.01.2022 IMPORTANT NOTICE: Dear all In light of recent government measures to increase social distancing in enclosed spaces to 1 person per 4sqm (which equates to spacing mats 2 metres apart) it is with sadness that I have reached the decision to temporarily suspend classes at Natural Balance Studio. Much as I would love to continue, I cannot in all conscience risk the health of everyone involved. As mentioned to some of you last week, I am exploring ways of reaching you online and I... know many local teachers are live-streaming classes. I will miss seeing you all each week, and look forward to a time when this craziness is behind us and we can resume our usual classes.
