07.01.2022 Good morning! What are you having for breakfast today? We’re loving this big bowl of protein granola crumble by @cookwithpez. It’s high in fiber and protein and rich in flavours too! Eat it on its own or top it on a cup of yoghurt with some fresh fruits too. Want to make your own? Check out the recipe from the maker herself below. ... Ingredients: -2 cups quick oats -1 scoop coconut mylk protein powder @pranaon -2 tbsp chia seeds -3/4 cup chopped peanuts -1/2 cup chopped almonds -1/2 cup dried cranberries -1/2 cup smooth peanut butter -1/3 cup coconut oil -1/4 cup maple syrup -1/2 tsp salt -1 tbsp vanilla extract Method: 1. Preheat oven to 180C. 2. Wet ingredients: In a small saucepan on low to medium heat, melt the coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract and peanut butter together. 3. Dry ingredients: Meanwhile, combine the protein powder, oats, peanuts, chia seeds, almonds and dried cranberries and salt in a mixing bowl. 4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients in the mixing bowl. 5. In a small baking tray (8x8) press down the mixture so it is densely packed. 6. Bake for 25-30 minutes. 7. Let it cool for 15 minutes then serve.
