23.01.2022 Special thoughts this week to two boys (teenagers) who committed suicide in Gerringong since our walk on Gerroa Forest. I feel drawn to also find a way to offer TapIn as a program that allows processing of pent up emotion and grief.... as that does seem to be a benefit for one or two participants everytime I host an gathering.

She guided me up Guluga and shared some of the teachings accessible to men from this sacred mother creation mountain. I can't recommend the experience too highly. Lynne is a keeper of great wisdom and insight and a natural teacher. The layers of understanding she carries and shares are beautifully interwoven in the stories and practices she shared with me.
