20.01.2022 30 days to healthy living has begun. I'm on day 4 and i am absolutely amazed at how much better i feel. I was really worried jumping into this thinking no snacks or coffee would be an issue but it's so much easier then you think! I even did a big clean and organised my cupboard with the help of my awesome mother in law. The reason being you're advised in your journey to get rid of anything that may tempt you. Happy in all aspects at the moment. Looking forward to the rest of this journey!

In the meantime I have come across Arbonne many times and thought it was a waste of time being so easily sold by people that hadnt the background or understanding.
