16.01.2022 This is something I come across a lot!

13.01.2022 I came across this article today about seven harmful chemicals found in sunscreen and how they are absorbed into your blood stream and can affect your health. Fortunately, I was made aware of harmful chemicals being in many personal care and cosmetics over 20 years and have been using products that are safe and effective and don't contain these nasties since. So while we need to use sunscreen to be safe from the sun's damaging UV rays, it is better for our overall health to use safer brands. Do you know if your sunscreen is safe?
