17.01.2022 During a time like this we need to start focusing on increasing our immune system by eating healthier food. Include foods that are in season and high in vitamins. Its hard to avoid junk food, sweets and take out at the moment however try to have more cooked home made meals such as soups with lots of veggies and meat or chicken broth. Look at ways to reduce stress by exercising, meditating, starting a hobby or just enjoying some quality time with your family.
