This actually causes tiny micro-tears in the muscle fibres. (That’s why it hurts!) Then, during the next day or so, those muscle fibres repair themselves and the muscle grows stronger and bigger. Our bodies are amazing! And this example of how we grow and improve is reflected across a lot of different activities. We need times of powerful action where we are stretched to our limits. 08.01.2022 The same routine but it looks different our body,mind and spirits have been changing each day You may drive the same street and see the same view every day but one day it looks so beautiful, but boring and can even irritate you a different day. Why?? Because we are controlled by the brain so ....... why not control it back!? When the Brain finds something EXCITING it automatically creates a chemical reaction producing happy hormones! Which means .....we will also autom...atically feel happy and motivated! Happiness is always there. It is just a matter of our brain seeing and finding it. Please ask yourself .....what makes you excited in your life? For me on my working days, it’s ENCOUNTERING my clients and treating them. I may have seen the person over years but each one of their treatment can be a different experience because our physical body,mind and spirits have been changing each day!! Another thing I do in the mornings is taking a few minutes to think and imagine what kind of day I would like to have. 07.01.2022 Myths you need to know about tight muscles ..I do stretch but I’m still feeling tight! ...Are you familiar with this?? It’s often the case where the area you are feeling pain isn’t actually the source of the problem. However, today I would like to talk about the difference between tightness coming from weak and strong muscles. Desk workers and people that do a lot of driving often hold tight muscles caused by weakness. Weak muscles cause tightness and pain but it won’t be r...eleased efficiently from stretching. It needs to be activated! I recommend to my clients strengthening those particular areas rather than stretching. In my treatment I use techniques that activate and provide an increased flow for those weakened and tight muscles, rather than sustaining deep pressure or stretching. so have a think about which may apply to you and what would be the best way for you to feel less tension and feel more free.
