04.01.2022 This doesnt look pretty but full of nutrients! My version of chicken bone broth. I added ingredients with good tcm benefits. Ingredients include chicken bones, bittergourd, goji berry, shiitake mushrooms, tomatoes, red dates carrots,celery,spring onion, onion, garlic, ginger, peppercorns, corn, cabbage, chinese cabbage, dry scallop and apple cider vinegar. Slow cook over 5 to 6 hours. I used to remove the bigger bones after cooking and blend the vegetables together with the broth. In this way, I can freeze them into cubes for home made broth or into container for quick easy home cook noodle meals with fresh vegetables when needed. #nutritious #bonebroth #nourishingfoods
