19.01.2022 OPEN for Click & Collect orders Saturdays from 9am-5pm I've had a lot of customer's requesting Click & Collect during the last couple of weeks of lockdown . I didn't need to be closed as pet food is an essential service, but I really wanted a bit of a break....but it didn't happen So Click & Collect will be available for the following 3 weeks again:... 5th September 12th September 19th September I will however need to take a break during the school holidays, so I will close from Monday 14th September to 3rd October. During this pandemic I have been extremely busy with a large increase in orders, the challenge of home schooling and on top of that I too have started full time studies and lets not forget the affect this stage 4 lockdown has had on us and our families and our physical and mental wellbeing.....so I'm desperate for some time off. 13.01.2022 A bit of a BIG ANNOUCEMENT tonight I will cease making the Complete Meals for Dogs & Cats from the 14th of September (4 weeks from today). Raw Meat packs will slowly be introduced. These will be meat types like chicken breast, necks, brain from various animals, fish chunk pieces, whole fish, etc. More details will soon be released. Some of the meat will be available in minced, diced and whole options. ... As some of you already know, I have gone back to full-time studies and making the complete meals takes a lot of effort, in the sourcing of ingredients and also very time consuming and I simply do not have the time to manufacture them at this present time. Instead of always being out of stock for these meals, I have opted to make the Raw Meat packs. Feel free to let me know if youd me to have any specific proteins/meals for your pet. Our free range turkey supplier has closed down indefinitely as of last week....so turkey will be a little bit harder to source, especially free range. I would also like to apologise for the having lower than usual stock levels in the last 4 weeks. We are making a few changes to our meals and I would like to give everyone a heads up before these changes take p...lace. We are currently transitioning all our meals to a new recipe. This new recipe will be the same as the original one, but it will have a few added supplements to it. For Cats, there will be added cooked eggs, sesame seed oil, kelp (seaweed) & kefir For Dogs, there will be added cooked eggs, sesame sed oil, kelp (seaweed), kefir, berries & apples We will also be minimising our meals to 3 meals for CATS and 3 meals for DOGS. The meals for cats will be: Free range turkey & Wild caught rabbit Chicken & Salmon Free range turkey & Wild caught venison The meals for dogs will be: Free range turkey & Wild caught venison Chicken & Salmon Free range turkey & Duck Another exciting change that will take place is, all meals will be available to buy individually instead of the 3KG BOX we now have. A minimum purchase of $100 applies. We have decided to offer this reduced fee as I know this second lockdown will be very hard for a lot of you and this pandeminc has affected everyone in a way or another... .
