17.01.2022 Obviously it's hot today, watch out for signs of medical heat stroke: Any or all of these: temperature of 40 degrees, unusual sweating ( dry or damp skin); confusion, agitation, slurred speech, nausea or vomiting, red flushed skin, pulse rate might increase, throbbing headache. It requires medical treatment! In the meantime, keep yourself or patient cool by: getting inside or into shade, remove articles of clothing and put ice packs or cold towel on & around groin/ head/ armpits/ neck, fan and mist with cool water even if hose, cool bath or shower,

16.01.2022 " Cleanse" you home in Lock Down easily: For those of you back to working from home or just spending this time at home, here is a beautiful way to keep your house pure and bring the outdoors in to you. Some might remember when I presented my DETOX workshop I mentioned plants from the NASA Clean Air Study. Not only do they release oxygen and absorb carbon dioxide, some studied were shown to absorb BENZENES, FORMALDEHYDE and TRICHLOROETHYLENE from our artificial furnishings etc. So bring in some of the common ones you have might already- some in the study were: ( photos of mine) - #1 Red Edged Dracaena #2 Spider Plant ( Chlorophytum elatum) #3 Variegated Sansevieria #4 Aloe Vera. Peace Lily was also beneficial ( no picture, mine's not in flower).

07.01.2022 To me, important news items are sometimes are lost/ overlooked in our news feeds lately. Plastic toxicity, presented here, is something that really does affect all of us and our health in our everyday life. I know a lot's been going on in the world, but in October this caught my attention. More real research again, showing the risks of letting infants, in particular, but also us ( and our pets) drink out of any plastic drinking bottles -especially worse when heated. The article looks long, but it's really a quick, simple read . Plastics, my P.E.T. hate!
