The operations coordinator role will suit a candidate with experience in the building products... industry in an operations, sales or sales support capacity. The role is customer facing, fast paced and offers a variety of daily activities. The successful candidate will report to the Victorian Sales Manager and be responsible for the following tasks: - Fielding customer enquiries and booking sales quotations. - Handling work scheduling related to installations and project work in liaison with the Victorian Sales Manager. - Production ordering and stock management related activities. - Assisting in the development and presentation of company related sales and marketing materials. - Preparing work in progress claims on a monthly billing basis on larger projects. - Assisting the sales team in the preparation of Safety Work Method Statements and other project related materials. An immediate start is available. Experience in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word and Power Point is preferred. Exposure to MYOB would be considered a plus, as would any experience in digital content. We use the Smartsheet productivity tool for work scheduling and production order management. We require skylight installers to join our commercial division installing skylights and glass roofs....
