05.01.2022 My Fear was defeated today with love and laughter. Today my beautiful daughters turned something that was emotional and difficult for me into a fun experience and helped me to reclaim my freedom, confidence and to have fun. My hair was falling out due to the Chemotherapy and of course I was upset but I decided to deal with it rather than run from it. I talked to my girls and they turned what could have been an emotional depressin...g situation into a fun beautiful experience. I went to Jess’s Hair Salon where she and her capable assistant Rhianna cut and shaved my head whilst providing laughs, champagne, a beautiful atmosphere and exceptional service. They not only helped me to overcome my fear, they helped me to restore my dignity and to have a laugh at myself. I’m indebted to these 2 beautiful souls for the love and care they gave me. I could have pretended it wasn’t happening or acted blasé, as if it doesn’t matter or put on a face as though I had it in control because for me in the past I often didn’t deal with things but this set me free. I dealt with a fear. I didn’t care about what other people thought/ think or whether I should have been emotionally tougher, I simply let myself be. I cried and then I took a proactive approach and dealt with the issue. 03.01.2022 The use of Electrically Reduced Water in Agriculture has been going on for many years as this was actually what the technology was initially designed for. The ERW is used to ripen vegetables faster, to protect against pest's and because it causes the plants to grow faster and lusher. 20% less water is required, no fertilizer needs to be used and so it's win/ win for the grower and the environment. Now of course with much more research and testing we now know that the water isn't just good for the garden but will do amazing things for our heath too. Bloomin Amazin!!
