Current restrictions allow vets to remove matting, cut toenails and address health issues from lack of grooming maintenance. If you are concerned about the health of your dog due to lack of grooming, please call your vet. Unfortunately a letter from your vet authorising a maintenance groom is NOT legal. ... If you have an existing appointment scheduled from 26 October your appointment is valid and valued!
