05.01.2022 We are staying in a 12th century monastery on a gorgeous farm overlooking the Gulf of Policastro in Italy. My daughter has tonsillitis so I have been making Thyme, basil, mint and honey tea to soothe her throat and kill the bacteria... she is feeling better now and out riding the farm donkey!!!
