It makes a big batch to keep in your fridge for a few days.... 7 cups water, divided 6 Green Tea Bags 1 cup frozen wild blueberries, plus extra for garnish 1/4 cup maple syrup 1 teaspoon ground ginger Optional, sparkling water & fresh mint leaves Boil the tea in 6 cups of water & let it steep for 5 minutes. Combine 1 cup of water, blueberries, maple syrup and ginger in a saucepan & bring to a boil. Then leave at a gentle boil for 5 minutes. Transfer mixture to a blender and purée.
