19.01.2022 And here she is!!!! My heart & soul! My new brand specifically created for women who are entering that phase of 'change' in life. We are going to delve into menopause and we can naturally age with grace and ease. The Naturally Woman brand, program & retreats are all about health & healing for the modern woman, the one who simply wants to live a vibrant and fulfilling life!

13.01.2022 It’s time to share what I have been carefully curating over the past 6 months. Yes, I’ve been seemingly quieter than usual, however I needed to do some inner work as I created what I firmly believe is a life changing new program for women. @naturally_woman is not a typical health program. This will revolutionise women’s state of being and allow them to move through the stages of life with love, ease and grace. Essentially they will return home and become more of their true s...elves as they enter into the perimenopause phase of life. You see, my journey over the past 6 months was this! I wondered why I was overly tired, anxious, lacked direction & focus. My body was breaking down and no matter what I did, I felt I was on a hamster wheel of life. It was something I was hiding as I was ashamed. I had always been fearless and bold. I was focused and clear and all of that was lost for a period of time. I had to go inside and discover who I was again and dig deeper into the realms of health & healing to discover how to become that natural woman again!! So as the Phoenix in me rose, this program was born! And yes, there is a food & nutrition component in the program, however we delve deep into other elements of health & healing.....those timeless principles that embed the rituals for an existence rich in fulfilment and energy, a new & more profound level of awareness of self. I am unashamedly relaunching as the new @nataliebaldock with my new program @naturally_woman to assist women in a more powerful way. Thank you to all those who have supported me over this challenging & heart advancing time. It’s time to let the cat out of the bag and share @naturally_woman with you all. 04.01.2022 MESSAGE TO SELF: Don't be in a rush to be all things at once. Take your time.....breathe. Do things in flow. Nature is always that way! Whisper to your soul that you're on track. You aren't ignoring your growth. You're simply allowing all that you've learnt and know to settle in. 'Slowly.....slowly.......' nature has been whispering in your ear. ... Those that have accused you of being asleep, will see that you're AWAKE!! You see, something has been brewing for awhile. You've been working on things for quite some time now. RISE like the bloom of a flower when the time is right! #bigthingscoming
