17.01.2022 This!!!! This is something not often talked about....actually I have never heard of this spoken about and I believe it is something i had to an extent. PN depression is well known, but not necessarily anxiety. I was rigid with ALOT of things but not necessarily resonate with some of these. I look back now as a first time mum and anxiety was a big issue.....its literally uncharted territory for those that have never experienced a mumming a 2 legged human before...you want to make sure you do it right.
