18.01.2022 We all know the important of eating calcium and bone health. I often get asked what is the best sources. Alot of people think that just eating cheese and milk is your only reliable sources, and people get concerned if they go dairy free. You can get a very good source of calcium from other food groups, these are just some great sources of calcium. Keeping your calcium levels in blood will also play a role in good gut health and absorption, and also making sure you are getting... sufficient magnesium, boron vitamin d, and other vitamins. Calcium also leaches quickly out of system if we are drinking to much alcohol, and caffeine which has a strong diuretic effect on kidneys. Calcium is also a great calming mineral, great for our muscles and heart.
