11.01.2022 What. A. Year. In so many ways, we were among the lucky ones of 2020. We grew enough to move out of Lest’s garage and into our beautiful shop space on Rutland St in Newtown. We’ve been so well supported here, and we are incredibly grateful for the amazing support. But it’s not been all sunshine and rainbows. Sarah’s husband Chris was away for 3 months in the footy hub in Queensland, while Sarah juggled homeschooling Leila and working at the shop, all without Chris or being a...ble to go to friends’ houses for dinner to help with the load. Then Sarah went to the hub for a month, and Celeste was in the shop solo. We wore matching dresses and complete outfits for the whole 31 days of October for Frocktober, and donated $2000 to the @ocrf. There has been anxiety, tears, laughter and love. We’ve grown to stock 124 amazing brands, and we are so excited for the new year in our shop; slightly dampened by mandatory mask wearing again, but we will make the best of it. Anything to avoid further lockdowns and all that goes with them. With so much love and gratitude to you, and best wishes for a happy, safe and joyful 2021, Lest and Sarah xxx
