25.01.2022 October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. It may be November but that's beside the point. Check your breasts regularly. I can't stress that enough. With a strong family history of breast cancer, there are times when I am riddled with anxiety about it. The best we can do is to be proactive, get informed and get checked. Be conscious of what you put into your body and be conscious of what you put on your skin. Early detection is key.
