21.01.2022 This afternoon has been a real delight putting the health mix together. This week's mix is going to be a sensory salad . A real journey for the senses with little treasures for the sight, taste, sound, touch and smell. From the aromatic pop of the edible flowers, to the purples of the purple stemmed mizuna, the reds and oranges of the rainbow chard, the spice from the ruby mustard, the nutty pepper from the rocket and cress, the aromas of the assorted herbs, all the way t...o the supple crunch of the 6 lettuce varieties and the tender leaves of endive.
