23.01.2022 Who else loves a good pulled pork? Using Saveur Low n Slow spice and Mango Apricot Strawberry Balsamic is the perfect combination for great results & taste. Pulled Pork and Slaw 3kg/6lb Shoulder Pork rind removed 4tbsp tomato paste 2tbsp Worcestershire sauce 3tbsp Mango Apricot Strawberry Balsamic 3tbsp Low n' Slow BBQ Spice pkt dry slaw 2tbsp mayonaisse 1tbsp Guacamole Mix METHOD Mix tomato paste, Worcestrshire, Balsamic & Low n' Slow together. Place pork into slow cooker and pour mix over. Set slowcooker on slow for 6-8hours. (Pork is ready when it pulls apart easily.) Mix mayonnaise and Guacamole Mix together. Toss with dry slaw and set aside covered in fridge to allow flavours to infuse. Once pork is cooked, remove from slow cooker. Using 2 forks, pull meat and serve with slaw. NOTE - extra tomato paste can be added to form a thicker sauce to be served with pork Note; I added potatoes in the last 2 hours of cooking for this pic.

09.01.2022 My poor baby (almost 5, but still my baby lol) has a cough that has been hanging around for 3 weeks now .. nothing really to worry about being just viral and hasn't really worried her till early this morning when she had a coughing fit that made spit up a little (She's Asthmatic) A few hours sleeping in Mum's bed and she said she was fine to go to Kinder .. and she was, only needing to have her Asthma Puffer once during the day Fast forward to about 6.15pm tonight & she hasn'...t gone anymore than 10 mins without coughing .. she had a coughing fit so bad about 8.30pm, that her dinner came up .. twice. And this is after having her Puffer twice in 2 hours due to wheezing. Into the shower to get cleaned up and Mum made her a Steam Shower ( a little warmer than normal so it steams up the bathroom, with oils usually placed just away from the water stream) with our Y23 Immune & To Be Well Essential Oils Baby Basalm (like Vicks) on her chest, back and feet .. warm clothes and a song from mum, and she is back to sleep. Revitaliser is on at the foot of her bed to clean the air of any nasties flying around in the air .. Cough has settled slightly, just need it to settle down more so she can get a good rest
