21.01.2022 So much learning and growing.. I’m sometimes convinced that my little creatures lives are in perpetual fast forward and I’m trying all the tools I know to slow what is our wonderfully full and delicious life down.. alas, another trip around the sun my first born has made... 6 years earth side Jarrah Reef.. you challenge me to bring my A game at all times, face all my crappy conditioning and are an unrelenting mirror back to myself.. thank you For asking my to grow in way I would otherwise have avoided for lifetimes... So much love for this sweet and sensitive Pisces boy of mine xxx

21.01.2022 Enjoying beautiful long summer days with this lovely human @joefairleigh

19.01.2022 As glorious as this Christmas Day was, Saffy still decided she was packing her bags for Bali! and calling a taxi to take her to the airport... Christmas and this end of year time is a powerful time for reflection, connection and contemplation... Saffy appears content to jet set away from the processing... but I’m laying down some serious time to bring in the new year with as much mindful and conscious attention as I can. Lists of goals and new versions of self are being drafted... watch this space! Aaaand merry chrissy to you all from us xx @ Kangaroo Ground, Victoria

19.01.2022 It is in nature that we recharge, check in, connect to ourselves and all things, and get a broader perspective beyond the dramas and going on of our individual lives in this blip of time.. nature offers this to us at all times... evidenced always by massive scales of time... intricate and complex interactions and at the same time simplicity.. we breathed, walked, swam, laughed, cuddled, (kids did some winging! ), befriended wombats, emus, echidnas and parrots and grew our resilience and beautiful memories together x @ Wilsons Promontory National Park

11.01.2022 This beautiful 10 year old mare is looking for a new home. She would suit an experienced rider only. Contact me if you are interested x

11.01.2022 What an absolute pleasure it was stumble upon this beauty this morning. This lyre bird puts my bird call knowledge to shame. List as many of the bird species you can ID in its call..

08.01.2022 4 years ago I gave birth to this sunshiney creature! Sapphire you truly are a delight. I can already so clearly feel you warm, adventurous spirit. I will do my best give you the space to light your own path. Another year of wonderful adventures together my darling girl x

08.01.2022 A friend recently expressed to me that she felt nervous being in nature with her children... unsure of what to ‘do’ with them once there... In my experience kids don’t need to be taught, and she just needs to remember... BUT, there are some handy additions to the indoor to outdoor transition toolkit! A pallet of water colour paints are one of our favorite adventuring additions... light weight and endlessly creative and wonderful in all sorts of environments from the bush to the beach. The kids love to paint rocks, logs, shells, each other... I’d love to see some colourful nature creations from your adventures @ Deua River Valley

08.01.2022 Finding time, space and perspective... the rising sun reminds me of the huge chunk of rock we’re all on spinning on its axis, hurtling through infinite space... for eons... also taking some time to feel into the bigger story... I find comfort in that. Sending love to anyone having a hard time xx

04.01.2022 Today we moved slowly, calmly and purposely... I was overwhelmed to the point of overflow multiple times today at the beauty and fullness of our world and the life I have co created. Hoping that everyone can take some time to carve out more of this or ever better to realize it is already there... just waiting for a shift in perspective

03.01.2022 My big school boy

03.01.2022 Autumn days well spent.. It’s interesting reading some families experience of being home with their kids over this period. For us it has been completely lovely.. and completely ordinary for us. Days spent together in nature.. using these experiences to guide our learning. Again, I feel even more strongly that our children are naturally curious creatures with their own innate passions which drive their own unique learning journey. For my kids, the learning environment seems to be so much more potent when movement is also incorporated.. not looking forward to these beautiful free And wild creatures returning indoors to classrooms where they are relatively sedentary.. how does everyone else feel?
