14.01.2022 Last week and this week, we had a few great Goomboora days and have enjoyed baking, creating and gardening for father's day and for ourselves:-) Please stay for a little while longer, beautiful weather!

14.01.2022 Term 4 finished! Thanks to all my beautiful children and families and our fgreat playgroup friends. It has been a great year, full of adventures and fun. A few last snapshots from this term:

14.01.2022 Outdoor classroom day and Halloween fun...

13.01.2022 School holidays!!!!!! On Monday, it was too wet to drive up the range, but luckyli our kids made other plans quickly: "Let's build a cubby again!" It was so cosy that Cooper even went to sleep in it. On Tuesday, the sun came back and we were off to Goomboora for Nature Play with Jess and her group. We used saws to get fire wood (hopefully for next week!), made stick headdresses and had lots of fun exploring.

13.01.2022 What a fantastic week to finish off the year. I truly enjoyed being around my holiday crew. Thanks to all my families for being super supportive and thank you kids for being you. Such a wonderful bunch!

11.01.2022 Some snapshots of our winter adventures...

10.01.2022 And today, we finally got to go up to Kuranda to visit the rainforest station. What an adventure. A long day, but everyone was so interested and engaged. It was a great experience. When I asked everyone over lunch what their favourite part was, Cooper quickly said he loved the big crocodile, Harry said he liked the kangaroo (no wonder-I think they had a special friendship) and Sunny and Flynn liked the army duck. Ozzy was too busy eating, but I think he liked the animals and the boomerangs a lot.

07.01.2022 3 weeks of term 4 are already over. So many adventures.

06.01.2022 We love our days amongst the trees...Nature Play day tomorrow. Yay!

05.01.2022 Although our classroom/ learning envioronment is mostly outdoors anyway, we will participate in this event. To celebrate our love for nature, we will be holding our outdoor classroom day next Tuesday.
