16.01.2022 Ever tried honey on pizza? Take it from us - it's the best! Try this combination out for size and tell us what you think...... Ingredients 1 x pizza base of your choice - precooked 225 grams mascarpone cheese 112 grams plain goat cheese 8 ripe figs, cut in inch thick slices Small handful fresh thyme cup Nature Nate’s pure honey Pinch of salt A handful of rocket leaves to dress Directions Turn the oven on to 230 degrees. Spread the mascarpone cheese evenly on the flatbread crust. Place slices of figs evenly on the flatbread, crumble the goat cheese and evenly sprinkle on top. Destem thyme and sprinkle the leaves evenly on top. Drizzle with honey and bake for 5-10 minutes or until cheese begins to bubble. Cool slightly before slicing into wedges and top with any remaining honey and fresh thyme. Top with rocket if using.
10.01.2022 3 ingredients is all it takes to create this sweet and savoury appetiser. Serve it with your favourite crackers, nuts, and seasonal fruit, and you'll have a gorgeous board for next time friends pop around. Or potentially you'll have a gorgeous dish all for yourself! No judgement here. Ingredients... 1 wheel triple cream brie Nature Nate's Raw and Unfiltered Honey 1 sprig of fresh Rosemary Directions Preheat oven to 176 degrees C. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, drizzle brie with honey and top with rosemary. Bake until soft and starting to ooze, about 10 minutes. Serve with your favourite crackers, nuts, and seasonal fruit. Yuuuummm!
09.01.2022 What's your favourite fruit to top with honey? We love it drizzled generously over berries. And it's an awesome partner for banana. How about you?
05.01.2022 There’s no denying that if we want delicious and nutritious honey, we must take care of the bees. Bee health isn’t just important to making honey, it's important to our entire planet. Bees sustain our ecosystem and provide us with so many things we need to live happy and healthy lives. Because of everything bees do for us, we believe in doing our part to keep them healthy. So when we source our honey, we comb through Australia looking for trustworthy beekeepers that have the... same vision as we do - to protect and take care of bees and their hives, not just profit from them. We also make sure their honey can pass our rigorous quality tests. To ensure our honey is just pure honey, nothing added, we test for the absence of antibiotics, pesticides and herbicides. Choosing an orange label means you’re choosing quality honey and healthy bees. Join us in celebrating and caring for our favourite treat and the creatures that make it!
