17.01.2022 Christmas is (way too) rapidly approaching! Nature Nurture will be closed from 5pm on Wednesday the 23rd of December, and re-opening on Monday the 11th of January 2021. I will, however, be staying local from the 4th of January, so any website orders can still be sent out during this week until I am offically back on the 11th. You also may notice that the website is looking extremely bare at the moment! This is due to the success of the Christmas Sale, and also Essential Therapeutics are a little low on some stock items at the moment as well. I have an order arriving early next week, and please be assured that I will be stocking up even more as soon as I am back, so please check back for items that you may want that are currently unavailable.

01.01.2022 Next up in our Easter Specials are the ones that have nothing to do with Easter Rose Hip Oil is gently extracted from the seed of the rose hip. This wild rose that the natives call Rosa Mosqueta is called Rosa Eglanteria, thrives in the cool, rainy and unpolluted Andes Mountains in Chile. The flowers only live for about a day. When the petals drop away, a fruit the rose hips - replace them. Inside the hips there are tiny seeds that are then cold pressed to give us the ...oil. Rosehip oil is a very rich source of Essential Fatty Acid, containing over 35% of alpha linolenic acid and up to 48% of alpha linoleic acid. As we have already discussed, these omega-6 fatty acids work wonders for eczema, dermatitis, and dry, inflamed, irritated skin. As well as this, Latin American dermatology studies have shown Rose Hip oil to give excellent results in wound and burn healing, premature aging, regeneration of scar tissue, dull or dry skin, seborrhoeic dermatitis, cracked or fissured skin, sun damaged skin, over-pigmented skin, and traumatised skin. So just think about what it can do for normal, undamaged skin! I personally think this is a real anti-aging powerhouse. Daily use helps maintain healthy skin, protects it from the drying effects of the sun and helps to revitalise the appearance of the skin. Fine in texture, this oil is readily absorbed, promoting a smooth, soft complexion. Excellent as a night treatment for the face and neck, Rose Hip Oil is nourishing and hydrating to dry, sun damaged and other skin conditions. It is also beneficial to revitalise dry or damaged hair.
