21.01.2022 Renewing and revitalising your beeswax wraps is as simple as preheating your oven!... If your reusable wraps are looking a bit tired, now is the time to bring them back to life... Give your wraps some love by washing them in cold soapy water and hang them out to dry in the sunshine...... Preheat your oven to about 130C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and lay one of your wraps on top. Place in your oven for 3-5 minutes or until the wax has melted and the fabric looks wet. Gently peel the wrap off the baking paper with both hands and hold by the corners until the wax has cooled and feels stiff. Lay on a cool bench top and repeat with other wraps. Voila! You are done! Your wraps will look and feel like new. Check out my before and after shots of some of my most used and loved wraps.
