18.01.2022 Nadine is offering a safe workshop for those needing a little help with calming the mind, restoring balance and promoting relaxation... The traditional pranayama techniques she will be sharing are with your nose only and with plenty of fresh air cycled throughout the workshop. Held at Agoy Yoga (where Nadine teaches yoga), which is implementing extra safe precautions in ensuring the space is clean, sanitary and the students can feel like it is a sanctuary (physically, mentall...y and emotionally). Separation is an illusion, and the AUM (cosmic force) binds and weaves us together.... In the mean time, connecting with the earth and each other is important.
