24.01.2022 Mint is a must in every home. So easy to grow in a pot and has so many benefits! Mint infusion for colds and flu, digestive issues, stress, circulation. Compress for fever, sore joints, mint bath for the feet and the list goes on....and of course for cooking! I use fresh mint leaves or dry them as needed. It's very easy to dry the leaves - simply gather sprigs and secure into a bundle with a rubber band and a string. Hang upside down in a warm place for 1-2 weeks. When the leaves are dry, crumble the leaves and discard the stems. Keep in a container. Enjoy :)

02.01.2022 Today I was very lucky to run a fun and relaxing natural skin care workshop in Fitzroy with a lovely group of ladies from across Victoria - Ballarat, Gisborne, and Melbourne. Thank you Sophie for being such a great host, even had Champagne for us all (I'm sure that's good for your skin...) .
